The surcharge rate will be subject to monthly adjustments calculated on the average of the price listed in Rotterdam (ARA) for a gallon of jetA1 (kerosene-type jet fuel).

This method allows you to adjust for fluctuations in the actual price of fuel while providing transparency on current prices.

The surcharge percentage will be applied to all shipments for the reporting period and billed the following month.
